No I'm not quoting from another inspirational Adidas ad campaign. These words were uttered long before David Beckham pulled on his first pair of predators or the 3 stripe became the instantly recognised brand that it is. Jesus spoke them in response to the question, "Who then can be saved?" He replied with the following, “With man this is impossible, but not with God; all things are possible with God.”
Life is not meant to be faced alone. We were not designed to struggle through by ourselves. Did you know that God is interested in your life? That he cares about the every day details? So perhaps next time we face something that seems impossible to us, we should stare it straight in the eye and be sure of what Adidas have kindly reminded us of - All things are possible with God!
