If you happen to stumble across the word prolapsed in a dictionary, the definition would read "to fall or slip down or out of place" and that, is certainly what I feel has happened to me over the last few years.
I'm not going to waste space on here explaining how my life has prolapsed over the last few years. I will say it started in 2006 when I prolapsed a disc in my lower back and between now and then, let's just say - it's not been easy.
BUT, I am still here, I am still breathing, and I will do all that God has planned for me. The grace of God has kept me through this valley I have been in and I WILL run again, in every area of my life.
